Many argue that plus-size models aren't "real" models at all -- namely
because they can't "pull off" the super slender haute couture typically
designed for women of a certain stature ... but these two gorgeous women
-- Gia Genevieve and Denise Bidot -- prove that notion altogether wrong.
Designer Zana Bayne, who's dressed celebrities like Madonna and Lady Gaga
-- hence the bondage theme that they've both utilized so heavily in
their personal styles -- were included in her show during New York
Fashion Week, and as you can see, the two women are simply stunning.
Fact is, the face -- and body -- of supermodel is changing. Nobody's saying that there's anything wrong with the typical Twiggy-like models, because it's what we've come to recognize over the years. But what they are saying is that there's room for everyone -- from the gorgeous Miranda Kerr and Gisele Bundchen and Karlie Kloss to the equally gorgeous Gia Genevieve and Denise Bidot (and more).
Fact
is, we all pride ourselves on celebrating diversity all across the
board ... but the fashion world has long been a closed-off sector
designed to "keep out" a certain demographic of women.
Fact is, a beautiful woman is a beautiful woman no matter what
her size ...
and anybody saying different really needs to spend some
more time working on their insides rather than paying so much attention
to their outsides.
